Vila Pithaya is located in the Pontal de Japaratinga, a very safe, reserved, select and familiar place.

There you can hear the sound of the birds and the sea breeze. There you can ride your bike, play sports or simply sunbathe by the sea.

Pontal de Japaratinga is located at the beginning of the Ecological Milagres Route, a route that consists of several magnificent beaches that you can visit by raft, motorboat or buggy.

There are some restaurants close to the house and others that, despite being close, have to be driven to by car.

On the Ecological Route you can also visit local handicraft stores, check out the manatee sanctuary and much more!

- The airport of Maceió/AL is about 1:30h away from our homes; the airport of Recife/PE, about 2:30h;

- The staff is at your disposal from 08:00 to 16:00, but it is also possible to hire them after that period (extra charge);

- The daily rate only includes the support of the staff. Food and beverages are at the guest's expense;

- We have a service (extra charge) to provide food and beverages prior to arrival;

- We only accept small pets (at no additional cost).

- We have partner contacts for transfers, buggy rides, speedboat, raft and quad bike.

- Events can only be organized by prior arrangement and authorization (prices to be consulted).

- As a way to encourage sustainable consumption, the price of electricity is charged separately (1kw = R$ 1.20), and a photo of the energy meter is presented to the guest at check-in and check-out.
