The PITHAYA HOUSE is the result of a beautiful architectural project, very cozy and with magnificent natural ventilation. It has 3 floors divided in a wide and harmonious way.
On the first floor there are two living rooms, a kitchen, a toilet and a suite with accessibility for people with reduced mobility; on the first floor there is a corridor that leads to three suites; on the second floor there is a toilet and a rooftop that will take your breath away, with a view of the beautiful Pontal de Japaratinga and Patacho beach.
SUITE 1 (Ground floor): Double bed (we add 1 auxiliary bed if necessary);SUITE 2 (1st floor): King bed (we add 1 auxiliary bed if needed);SUITE 3 (1st floor): King bed (we add 1 auxiliary bed if needed);SUITE 4 (1st floor): 3 single beds (we can add up to 2 auxiliary beds if necessary).
Outside, there is a beautiful living area, a hayloft with barbecue and gourmet area, a hammock, a shower and a beautiful swimming pool with whirlpool. In addition, there are two bicycles and a beach tennis court for exercising.
